DBPR receives petition for declaratory statement regarding from Petitioner Dania Entertainment Center, LLC, in DBPR Case No. 2017-021342 (DS 2017-023). The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to whether, following the Division’s approval of Dania’s transfer of its Summer Jai Alai “Converted” Permit to a new permitholder, the new permitholder may relocate to a newly constructed location within Broward County, Florida, pursuant to Section 550.054(11)(a) and 550.0745(2), Florida Statutes, without the Division’s approval of that location.
