Governor Charlie Crist appoints Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Secretary Charles Drago chief of staff, Charlie Liem takes over as interim secretary of DBPR. In January, Milton Champion will beginning serving as the department’s new Director of Pari-Mutuel Wagering.
